1.- Avoid the salt shaker on the table.

14.- Avoid frequent meals consisting of fatty, fried foods or fattening foods.
15.- Remember not to skip any meal.
16.- Increase your physical activity.
17.- Do not drink more than one liter of liquids containing caffeine daily.

19.- Learn to modify your eating habits and include your family in this respect.
